This generation is leading the way to redefine business, agriculture, trade and digital innovation with a high percentage of the country under 30 years-old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Is A Youth Dividend?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>There is something called a demographic dividend in economics. This happens when there are more working age people than dependents (children and elderly).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A young population means that the country is full of energy. Young people are joining the workforce, starting families, buying homes and consuming goods. A large population of active citizens provides a natural lift to the economy.
